Videos Not Playing or Downloading? - Nov 2015

If you have any issues playing or downloading videos from the ScreenCastsOnline website or downloading via iTunes, please check the following:

OpenDNS - All the ScreenCastsOnline videos are hosted on, a well respected and stable hosting platform for podcasters. This site may be blocked by OpenDNS, so please remove the block.

Current Membership - Please check that your membership is current and has not expired. You can do this by signing onto your Members Panel and checking Your "Dashboard" tab. Please confirm you have an Active Subscription, noting that the dates are in UK format (DD/MM/YYYY). If your membership has expired, please renew using the "Add/Renew Subscription" tab
