All ScreenCastsOnline members are on recurring membership plans, and your memberships will continue to be renewed automatically unless either you cancel or your payment method expires e.g your credit card.
We will contact you in the event of problems but it's always a good idea to edit your payment details in advance of your renewal date in the event of changes.
To edit your payment details...
There are three ways to edit your membership payment details:
- Please refer to your original confirmation email where you will find a link to your payment details, as well as options to change your payment arrangements or cancel your subscription. Just click on the link in the email.
- Logon to the ScreenCastsOnline website and access the "My Account" dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the "Dashboard" option to access your dashboard.
Some members will have a direct link to edit payment details as below.
Just click on the link to continue to edit your membership payment details.
If there is no link on your Dashboard, just send an email request to email@example.com and we'll send you a copy of the link.
